YTracker has been involved in at least one FBI
inspection to date. The FBI were able to peruse
the records and had no trouble utilizing YTracker.
YTracker performed its job for helping to organize
and keep track of the records they were after.

- Recently,
a very unusual legal event took place. A federal
obscenity prosecution was initiated in Los Angeles.
While the event was reported by XBIZ and other
adult media and even in the mainstream press,
the news has not yet generated a lot of interest,
much less concern, on the part of the adult entertainment
industry.

- Agents
of the Federal Bureau of Investigation met with
members of the adult entertainment industry this
afternoon for the second time in a year to discuss
the current state of the 2257 inspections.

- The U.S. Department of Justice has released yet
more proposed amendments to the 2257 record-keeping
law designed “to account for changes in the
underlying statute made by Congress in enacting
the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of
